1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the FloraNova 2026 platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access the service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your account and for keeping your account password secure. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies or upload inappropriate content.

3. Payments and Refunds

All entry fees are processed securely via our third-party payment provider (Stripe). All purchases for competition entries are final and non-refundable once the transaction is complete, regardless of whether a design image is ultimately submitted by the deadline.

4. User-Generated Content

By uploading a design photograph, you represent and warrant that you are the original creator of the work and hold all necessary rights to the image. You retain ownership of your images; however, by submitting an entry, you grant FloraNova a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your image for competition judging, promotional purposes, and the post-competition showcase.

5. Judging Platform and AI Analysis

FloraNova utilizes an advanced artificial intelligence (AI) engine to assist in scoring designs based on objective principles and elements of floral art. By entering, you acknowledge and agree that the AI-assisted scoring system is a core component of the competition. All judging decisions and final scores are absolute and non-negotiable. No correspondence regarding the results will be entered into.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Submit images of designs that are not their own work.
• Digitally manipulate or generate floral designs using AI image generators.
• Attempt to bypass, compromise, or disrupt the platform's security or judging mechanisms.

7. Limitation of Liability

FloraNova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service, including any issues related to image upload failures missed deadlines, or judging outcomes.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
